To me, Uncut Gems is the best Adam Sandler movie to date. Sad that he got snubbed at 2020 Oscars for his formidable acting in the movie. We got introduced to Julia Fox who is hot and equally good at acting. Uncut Gems, a movie with dark comedy deals with the story of a jeweller who risks everything he has to succeed facing all the adversaries and his past mistakes.

It is said that one must not always listen to success stories, but also listen to failure stories which help in knowing how not to fail. Aspiring Entrepreneur will love this documentary to the heart. The Theory of Everything
The movie is based on a real-life story of Stephen Hawking, he is an astrophysicist and not an entrepreneur, even so, The Theory of Everything talks about how Hawking never gave up on his dreams when the whole world was not in his support. Steve Jobs, a household name and a tech genius who revolutionized the computer industry by co-founding Apple Inc with Steve Wozniak was also trashed out of his own company. Jobs speaks about the journey of Steve from a college drop out to becoming the face of modern technology. His struggle at Apple and how he was manipulated for being visionary appeals to me.
The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind
Setbacks only make you strong. A true story of a 13-year-old boy who is thrown out of school because his parents cannot afford to pay the fee made him sneak into the library. That boy’s name is William Kamkwamba, who learned about windmills and how to build one. When he finally built one, the whole town is saved which was about to run out of food, water and other basic necessities.
The Social Network
David Fincher’s another silver screen beauty. The Social Network is about, non-other than Mark Zuckerberg, co-founder of Facebook, Inc. This movie reveals the story behind Facebook and how it came into existence. Mark committed a lot of mistakes in the course of his life, lying to his co-founder friend Eduardo Saverin was an expensive mistake.
The Big Short
Wanna know the corruption and flaws that existed in American markets that led to the financial crisis of 2008? If this movie’s ending doesn’t make you cry, then nothing will. Tom Hanks as Forrest Gump is mesmerising to watch. I have included this movie in almost all the listicles I made because Forrest Gump has almost everything a movie needs. It has romance, humour ad drama. Gump’s life from a crooked legged boy to becoming a billionaire is inspiring and emotional.
From author Rhonda Byrne, The Secret book changed millions of lives. Soon a movie was made to simplify the book, did the movie do its job? It did. Luckily it’s on Netflix to stream. The Secret Documentary changed my life, taught me the power of thinking positive and made my life a happy one. The philosophy is out of the world and proven true.
