When a heart is broken or a soul is wounded, trust me, healing is possible. With time, everything will pass and you will feel better. Some don’t even have reason to be sad, it’s just melancholy that drives people insane and pushes you into a hole making you feel impossible to come out. Have a strong will and try to be happy from inside, that’s all you need to escape from depression.
I have been sad too, I had to go through phases of life where I needed a lot of internal support and strength to fight depression. I came across a few movies and books that helped me. I am obliged to share this listicle of movie that one must watch when feeling sad and low. There is no hierarchy on what to watch first or last, pick what interests you. Hope you’ll feel better with every movie you watch.
