How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) Review
A teenage drama about a boy who becomes a drug dealer on the dark web, which has to be witnessed for sure.
This summer is really getting cool day by day. There are a lot of superhero movies which came and are coming to theatres and many series are hitting the TVs at home. One of the series released this summer is How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). The joke is if one plans to sell ecstasy online, searches about How to Sell Drugs Online, it’s 100% percent sure he’ll end up watching this show because it’s going to show up in google search. Whoever came up with the idea for the title of the show is freaking awesome and I love him/her.
Yes, my review writing style has become routine, but it is the most comfortable way to read a review. Moritz Zimmermann(Maximilian Mundt) loses the love of his life, who is Lisa Novak(Lena Klenke). She comes back from a US trip and changes her personality and perceptions(that’s what she thinks). She ends up doing drugs, in the name of trying new stuff. But heartbroken Moritz has to find a way to get her back on track, which is indeed to begin a successful start-up and prove he’s worthy to win her love back. Yeah, I forgot to mention, Moritz is a nerd, like shown in the trailer and he has company, Lenny Sander(Danilo Kamber), who is physically challenged and is gonna die soon(at least that’s what doctors say).
Things get interesting as both the nerds plan to launch a startup, which ends up as an online drug store that makes drugs available to the customers at their door.
I don’t know why I am feeling this, but I think this series has a few inspirations from Breaking Bad, Narcos and Sex Education, all of which are available on Netflix. But I might be wrong, you see it yourself and let me know if I’m wrong.
The series is lit and good entertainment for teenagers, but unfortunately, only teens above 16 can watch it, due to the presence of the substance, language, and all that stuff. How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) is a real-life story, what more could be crazy? The series will take you deep into a nerds mind and how ideas, emotions, and inspirations take a toll, which I like.
“Nerd today, Boss tomorrow” is kinda true. The protagonist is put into some serious trouble to make the story interesting and funny. Moritz’s mother left the family for some rich asshole, Lisa, his love since childhood, proposes a break to their relationship, his startup ideas with Lenny don’t work accordingly and finally, when he is into the drug business, he has to take care about his father, who is a cop. This is some real shit.
How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) targets Generation Z and how technology influences this generation. I belong to this generation and found the show appealing and relative. How uploading a picture on social media every day makes a difference and how checking Instagram every minute satisfies a teenage mind is addressed beautifully. But, everything we put on social media really defines us or are we just pretending to be somebody else on the social platform? How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) justifies these ideas.
The show is German and watching a German show dubbed in English sucks, especially on Netflix. Because the subtitles and the audio doesn’t match. I hate that. And also the part where I said about the show’s inspirations. I somehow think this series has a few parts taken or inspired from somewhere. I just feel it. The TV series doesn’t feel new, but I enjoyed it and loved it too.
A must watch for aspiring entrepreneurs, teenagers & heart wrecks. A total dive deep into teenage life and all the crazy stuff a student gets into. After Dark, this is another German show that I found amazing and stupendous. Join the journey of Moritz and his startup idea to win his love back and also get into some serious trouble.
