This is the 25th James Bond movie and Daniel Craig’s last appearance as Jame Bond. Eon Productions and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer(MGM) together made the new Bond movie, No Time to Die.
The movie begins with Bond’s retirement, who is enjoying his life in Jamaica until an old friend recruits him to help in rescuing a scientist who is kidnapped. The synopsis of the story is detailed below by the moviemakers.
“In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.”
Academy Award winner, Rami Malek plays the mysterious villain, Safin. Rami looks vicious in the trailer. Franchise producer Barbara Broccoli said a few words about the villain in an interview with Empire.
We’ve thrown the book at him on this one. He is really the supervillain. He’s the one that really gets under Bond’s skin. He’s a nasty piece of work.
Broccoli also said Bond has never faced a villain like Safin who is quite dangerous. Having backed by treacherous technology, Rami Malek’s character in the movie seems interesting. The trailer also gave us a look at the new car that is installed with guns hiding behind the headlights. I mean, it’s a James Bond movie, I hope there are more cool gadgets in the movie that electrify the experience of 007 fans.
Cary Joji Fukunaga directed the movie. The screenplay is done by Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Scott Z. Burns, Robert Wade, and Neal Purvis. Daniel Craig is playing James Bond, the cast members are Rami Malek as Safin, Ana de Armas as Paloma, Léa Seydoux as Madeleine Swann and Ralph Fiennes as M.
