Both Tom’s are presently leading the Spider-Verse, but unfortunately, they did not appear on screen together. Tom Holland plays Peter Parker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the rights of the character he plays is owned by Sony Entertainment, a couple of negotiations and deals have allowed Tom’s Spider-Man to appear in one last MCU movie, what happens after that?

Tom Hardy’s Venom was a super hit, even after receiving bad reviews and critics, Venom managed to gross more than $800 million at the box office. What happens when a comic book movie is successful? It becomes a franchise and sequels begin to release. News is out about the official title of Venom’s sequel, Venom: Let The Be Carnage. The famous supervillain is Spider-Man’s greatest nemesis, if both the characters are not seen together on screen, it’s literally waste of our time.

Recently, Tom Hardy posted an image of Spider-Man being eaten by Venom, it wasn’t an official poster, just an artwork. Within a minute Hardy deleted the image. The artist of the art is unknown, the purpose of the image posted is unknown, but surely it was a tease of what might or might not happen. Will Spider-Man appear in Venom 2?

Lately, Sony’s Marvel movies are flabbergasting fans with teases and revelations. Morbius trailer was out, starring Jared Leto as the deadly vampire. The trailer also brought Michael Keaton, was he playing Vulture which he played in Spider-Man: Homecoming? Or he’s just another character that Sony cast him to play in the Spider-Man’s supervillain movie?

Morbius trailer not only has Michael Keaton’s appears, but it also has a couple of easter eggs that prove the movie to exist in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Whatever Sony’s planning, it’s huge. Tyrese Gibson plays a role in the movie Morbius and every time he posts something about the flick on his Instagram, he adds #MCU in the caption.

The logos of Daily Bugle, a fictional newspaper tabloid from the Spider-Man universe, were seen on the sets of upcoming Sony movies. But the catch is, the logo was different from what we saw in the credit scenes of Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Venom: Let There be Carnage is dated for a 25 June 2021 release. 30 July 2020 will be the day when Morbius releases. Untitled Marvel and Sony’s third Spider-Man movie might be delayed as all the other MCU movies got postponed due to COVID-19.
